On a car model the brakes are one of the places where the difference shows at first glance. The disc and the caliper are visible through the spokes of the wheel, and if the kit handles them with no more than a suggested shape, the finished car looks empty. This set offers a replacement for the brake system: discs, calipers and ventilation covers in a form that stands up to a close look and to a photograph.
The set is cut for the model of the Ford GT from Revell and you will also use it on other contemporary cars of the GT category in 1:24 scale. Because the mounting of the wheels and the clearance inside the rim differ from kit to kit, try the fit dry before you glue anything for good.
The set will be appreciated by builders of car models who build a car with the wheels uncovered or with a wheel removed and want the chassis to stand up to a detailed look. The model of the car, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
