The Honda NSR250R with the MC18 frame in 1:12 scale is a plastic kit of a two-stroke sports motorcycle in its 1989 version from Aoshima.
Responsibility details are not available.
This kit from the Japanese manufacturer captures a 250 cc sports motorcycle in its 1989 version. For motorcycles 1:12 is the established standard, in which the frame, the engine and the fairing can all be rendered convincingly while the finished machine stays pleasantly compact.
The NSR250R was among the high points of the Japanese 250 cc class at the end of the 1980s. Its two-stroke V-twin, aluminum frame and aggressive riding position came straight out of racing experience, and the machine was sold mostly on the domestic market. The MC18 designation refers to a particular chassis generation that collectors distinguish from both older and newer versions.
Finish the engine and the frame and match their shades before you close them in under the fairing. The gloss surface of the fairing panels calls for a smooth base, so sanding between coats and a final polish are worth the trouble. Lay the decals onto gloss and set them with a decal softener so that they settle into the recesses. Leave the chrome and polished parts until the end so that you do not mark them with fingerprints.
The model is not assembled or painted, and the glue and paints needed are not enclosed.
