It is not a kit: the model arrives fully assembled and painted, including the police markings, so it only needs unpacking and standing in a cabinet. The 1:43 scale matches the usual collector ranges of passenger cars, so the vehicle fits in well among the other models in a collection.
The Felicia was built from 1994 and went through a facelift in 1998; the abbreviation FL in the name refers to exactly this later form with a revised grille, headlights and bumpers. The Combi version with its extended tail was popular everywhere bulkier loads had to be carried, and that is precisely why it appeared in large numbers in service fleets as well. The Czech police were among its significant users, and patrol Felicias were an ordinary part of road traffic at the end of the 1990s and in the first years of the new millennium.
