The miniature of the off-road-flavored small Honda motorcycle is sold as a finished product: the model is assembled, painted and ready for display. Aoshima places it in its line of metal models of one to twelve, where other Japanese machines stand beside it.
The CT125 type follows on from the Trail series, that is, from the off-road offshoot of the famous Super Cub that farmers, hunters and delivery riders rode on unmaintained roads. The modern rendition introduced in 2020 has a high-routed exhaust with a heat shield, carriers front and rear, coarser tires and a single-cylinder engine of one hundred and twenty-five cubic centimeters. The yellow Turmeric Yellow shade was added to the range later and is among the most striking colors of this type.
The frame and the tank are of metal, so the model reads as weighty and stable; plastic makes up mostly the small fittings and covers. The front fork turns, the rear shock absorbers have a springing action and a stand belongs with the model. The finish is factory applied, so it is enough to keep the model dry and to dust it with a soft brush from time to time.
The model is finished and painted from the factory, and no glue or paints belong with it.
