Valom 1:144 Bristol Brigand TF Mk.I is an injection-molded plastic kit of the British torpedo and attack aircraft of the end of the Second World War in the small 1:144 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
This injection-molded plastic kit in 1:144 scale from a Czech manufacturer captures the British twin-engined Bristol Brigand in the TF Mk.I torpedo and attack version. The box holds the parts on sprues and a decal sheet with two options of British markings. The finished model has a span of about 15 cm and a length of around 10 cm, so it fits a collection of aircraft in one small scale.
The Bristol Brigand was developed as the successor to the Beaufighter in the roles of torpedo and anti-shipping attack aircraft. It first flew at the end of 1944 and never saw combat in the Second World War. The TF Mk.I version was precisely the torpedo variant; the type later found use in further roles with the postwar Royal Air Force.
Cut the small parts away carefully and glue them with thin cement for plastic. At this small scale a primer base and thin coats of paint from an airbrush are recommended; the panel lines come out after a light wash. Glue the canopy glazing on last so that it stays clear.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
