The Brantly B-2 is an American light helicopter for a pilot and one passenger, created in the 1950s. It was marked by its compact dimensions, its simple handling and its characteristic three-blade rotor. It was used for training, private flying and light utility duties, and it belongs among the classic machines of the early days of accessible helicopter transport.
It is best to mask the glazed cabin and paint the interior before closing it; bond the small photo-etched parts with super glue. Paint the helicopter with an airbrush over a primer, and a clear coat under the decals will ensure clean application of the markings. Assemble and paint the rotor head and the blades separately. Given the small parts, the model is better suited to more experienced modelers.
