Quinta Studio 1:48 A6M5 Zero (Nakajima production) - 3D interior decals are colored three-dimensional decals on a backing decal paper for fitting out the cockpit of the Japanese Mitsubishi A6M5 Zero fighter faithfully and quickly.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of three-dimensional colored decals from the manufacturer Quinta Studio for detailing the cockpit of a model of the Japanese Mitsubishi A6M5 Zero fighter in the variant from the licensed Nakajima plant, in 1:48 scale. These are raised parts printed on a backing decal paper and applied wet like classic decals, not photo-etch or resin.
The Mitsubishi A6M Zero was the main Japanese carrier fighter of the Second World War, famous for its long range and agility. The A6M5 Model 52 version was the most produced variant; alongside the parent Mitsubishi company it was also built in quantity under license by the Nakajima plant. The cockpit with its characteristic instrument panel is a favorite target for superdetailing.
Cut the individual parts off the sheet, soak them for about fifteen seconds in lukewarm water and slide them off the backing paper into place. They have no adhesive layer of their own and hold on a gloss clear coat of the Future, Klear or Tamiya X-22 kind; on complex surfaces a drop of super glue helps. Do not use a decal softener or a decal fixer, as the chemicals attack the printed resin.
The set contains interior decals only. The model itself, glue and paints are not included in the package.
