The AH-64 Apache is an American attack helicopter. The crew of two sit in tandem in the cockpit, the machine carries its armament on stub wings on either side of the fuselage and has a swiveling gun under the nose. The radar in a housing above the main rotor head, by which the Longbow standard is recognized at a glance, came with the AH-64D version.

The parts are not polystyrene, so ordinary cement for plastic models will not bond them. Use cyanoacrylate glue and apply it in a small amount, best of all with the tip of a toothpick. Cut surplus material off with a sharp blade a little way from the part and sand the remainder away carefully so that you do not touch the surface detail. Before painting, wash the parts in lukewarm water with a drop of detergent, degrease them and apply a thin base coat. If the set replaces a part from the kit, cut the original piece off only after you have tried the new one dry.
For modelers who build the Apache in 1:48 scale and want to take the model beyond the contents of the kit. The surface of the helicopter is very busy and in this scale every accessory on it shows clearly.
The helicopter kit, paints and glue are not included in the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
