The kit from the Czech brand CMK brings a model of a German military trailer from the period of the Second World War in 1:48 scale. The built trailer can be hitched behind a truck or a tractor, but it works just as well on its own as a small element of a scene, which lends the setting scale and action. It is precisely such ground-level small items that are considerably scarcer in 1:48 than in 1:35, and that is why they tend to be a welcome addition to airfield and rear-area dioramas, where aircraft and ground equipment meet.
Trailers belonged to the inconspicuous but ever-present part of German military operations. Material, tools, supplies and the equipment of the ground personnel were carried in them, so they turn up in period photographs from airfields through assembly areas as far as field workshops. If you are building it straight into a diorama, try the position out before gluing, so that all the wheels sit on the terrain and the trailer does not stand askew.
