A resin detail accessory for models of the four-engine B-17G, and B-17F, bombers in 1:48 scale. This is not a kit but a set of replacement propellers cast in resin with sharply executed blades and hubs, which will replace the parts from the box.
The Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress was an American heavy four-engine bomber of the Second World War and the backbone of daylight strategic bombing in Europe. The quartet of three-blade propellers with feathering blades is a visually prominent element, on which a refinement of the shape of the blades shows noticeably.
Wash the parts free of mold release, cut the casting blocks off and clean them up with respiratory protection. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). The blades are usually painted black with polished metal hubs and yellow tips, and wear on the leading edges is accentuated with silver scuffing.
This is an accessory, not an airplane model. The paints, the glue and the kit are not included in the package.
