1:48 B-26G Marauder cockpit and nose SPACE brings color three-dimensional decals and steel photo-etch for the cockpit and the glazed nose of a model.
Responsibility details are not available.
Eduard supplies three-dimensional color decals with steel photo-etch that deal with two parts of the model of the American bomber at once: the pilot's station and the glazed nose.
On this type the station of the navigator and bombardier in the nose is as exposed as the cockpit. The set covers both areas: instrument panels, side panels with the engine controls and the seat harnesses. The colors are printed in advance, the relief gives the instruments depth and the treated steel can be shaped with the fingers after bending.
The Martin B-26 entered service with the reputation of a machine that forgives no mistake on landing, and it earned some unflattering nicknames. The experience of crews and modifications to the wing turned the situation around, however, and in the end it finished with a very low loss rate. The letter in the designation refers to the last large production form, which fought over western Europe and also served with French units shortly after the liberation.
The set serves as an accessory, and the plastic parts are sold separately.
Once they are applied, let the parts settle briefly and only then close the cockpit up; a freshly seated printed surface can still be nudged gently into position.
