Eduard Bf-109E-3 masks (1:48)

This is a set of self-adhesive painting masks in 1:48 scale from the Czech manufacturer Eduard. The masks are die-cut from a thin kabuki film and copy the shape of the glazing of a model of the German Messerschmitt Bf 109E-3 fighter exactly. It is not a paint or a kit but an aid that will simplify spraying the frames of the cockpit and masking the wheels.

Use

  • The individual masks are peeled off and stuck precisely onto the parts of the glazing.
  • Once the sprayed frames have dried, the masks are taken off and clean sharp lines remain.
  • The circular masks make it possible to spray the rims of the wheels without hitting the tires.
  • The film holds well even on the curved areas of a cockpit.

Who it is for

The set is suitable for modelers of all levels who want to speed up and refine the masking of the frames of the glazing. It replaces the laborious cutting out of masking tape.

This is a masking aid, not a paint or a model. Paints and glue are not included in the package.
