A combined LööKplus detail set in 1:48 scale from the Czech manufacturer Eduard, designed for models of the Messerschmitt Bf 109F fighter. LööKplus pairs the popular LööK set with additional resin (Brassin) accessories in a single package. This is not an aircraft kit, but a set of accessories that significantly raises the detail of a finished model.
At its core is a colored, deeply printed instrument panel (dashboard) paired with steel seatbelts — these give the cockpit a realistic look without laborious hand-painting. The set also adds resin accessories, typically landing-gear wheels and an exhaust assembly, and TFace masking film for double-sided glazing masking. Check the included instructions for the exact contents.
Glue the colored panel and belts with small drops of cyanoacrylate. First wash the resin parts to remove residual release agent and cut off the casting blocks, sanding with respiratory protection. The TFace masks make masking the cockpit glazing cleanly from both sides easier. The parts are delicate, so work with a steady hand.
This is an accessory for a model, not an aircraft kit. The base kit, glue, and paints are not included in the package.
