1:48 Bf 109F propeller early version is a resin Eduard BRASSIN detail set that replaces the propeller on a model of the Messerschmitt Bf 109F fighter.
Responsibility details are not available.
This set from the Czech manufacturer Eduard in the BRASSIN range contains a resin replica of the propeller of the early version for a model of the Messerschmitt Bf 109F fighter in 1:48 scale. It is not a kit but an improvement accessory that replaces the plastic part with a casting with a faithful shape of the blades and of the spinner. The early version differs from the later ones in detail, so the set makes an accurate period rendering possible.
The Messerschmitt Bf 109F, nicknamed the Friedrich, was a development version of the famous German fighter with an aerodynamically cleaned-up fuselage, rounded wingtips and an inverted V12 Daimler-Benz engine. It ranks among the most prized and best performing versions of the series and was used in the first half of the Second World War.
Wash the mold release residue off the castings, cut off the casting blocks and glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Wear respiratory protection while sanding. Paint the propeller blades in the matching shade of German propellers and finish the spinner according to the scheme you choose.
This is a supplementary resin set, not a complete model. Paints, glue and the base kit are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
