Eduard LööK 1:48 Bristol Beaufighter Mk.VI is a detail set with a 3D-printed color instrument panel and steel seat belts for a quick refinement of the cockpit.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is NOT an aircraft model but an add-on set from the LööK range for refining the cockpit of a Bristol Beaufighter Mk.VI model in 1:48 scale. It combines a color 3D-printed instrument panel (made by the Space process) with pre-colored steel seat belts. Everything is ready for immediate use, with no laborious painting of small instruments.
The instrument panel is printed with the dials and switches in relief and carries faithful colors and legible labels. The steel belts are springy, shape well into a seat and look more realistic than the plastic or printed version from the box. The panel is glued into the model in place of the original part, and the belts are attached with super glue.
The Beaufighter Mk.VI was a British twin-engined heavy fighter and attack aircraft of the Second World War, used as a night fighter and as a torpedo bomber. Its richly divided cockpit is a rewarding place for this kind of refinement.
This is an accessory, not the model itself. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
