Resin replacement wheels for models of the American B-24D Liberator bomber in 1:48 scale. It is not an aircraft kit but a detail accessory replacing the wheels from the base kit. The parts faithfully capture the tire tread and the structure of the disc wheels; on a heavy bomber a realistic slight flat spot also works well and gives the impression of a loaded aircraft.
Wash the parts in lukewarm water with detergent, cut off the casting blocks and clean the surfaces up with respiratory protection. They are bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). We recommend priming the tires and bringing them out with a dark wash and a dry brush, and setting the hubs apart in a metallic or a lighter shade.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
