Voyager Model 1:48 Cromwell Mk IV is a photo-etched add-on set for a plastic kit of the British cruiser tank, not a standalone model. It brings metal parts where plastic would have to be too thick for the scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
An aftermarket set of photo-etched brass in 1:48 scale for the plastic kit given in the product name. It is not a kit and not a finished model but an accessory that is added to the model during the build. Without the matching plastic kit you will not be able to use the set.
The Cromwell was a British cruiser tank of the Second World War, built for speed and mobility. It was powered by a Rolls-Royce Meteor engine derived from the aero Merlin, and the suspension was based on the Christie system with large road wheels. The Mk IV version carried a 75 mm gun, which offered usable high-explosive ammunition. Vehicles of this type were deployed in western Europe from 1944, especially with reconnaissance units.
With photo-etched parts the quality of the bend decides it. A hand bending tool with a clamping bar is the best investment, but it can be done without one too: clamp the part between two straight jaws of pliers, or between a razor blade and a steel ruler, and fold it over with a short, decisive movement. Always bend toward the engraved thinning the manufacturer has etched into the part. Wind cylindrical shapes around wire or a drill bit of a suitable gauge, not around your fingers. If a part is folded badly, the brass fatigues at the bend and cracks the second time it is straightened, so it pays to work slowly and get it right first time.
The set is an accessory for a plastic kit, which it does not include. The glue, paints and tools are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
