The Douglas DB-7 was an American twin-engine light bomber and attack aircraft with tricycle landing gear and a narrow fuselage. In Royal Air Force service the family of these machines was designated Boston, and the Boston III version was one of the most widespread, used mainly for attacks from low and medium altitude over western Europe. British machines differed from the American ones above all in equipment, armament and cockpit instruments, and it is precisely those differences that are the reason the British and the American version of the accessory set are listed separately.
Accessory sets of this kind are largely used inside the fuselage, so plan the order of work in advance: the interior has to be finished before you close the fuselage up. Bend the photo-etched parts on a bending tool or between two blades, not with tweezers, otherwise the edges will come out irregular. Glue the small parts with cyanoacrylate applied with the tip of a toothpick, so that the details are not flooded. Do not overspray the pre-painted parts unless you have to, and at the end simply flatten them gently. The seat belts and harnesses stand out with a light wash and a discreet pass over the edges with a dry brush.
