Roden D.H.4 (Dayton-Wright-built) in 1:48 scale is an injection-molded plastic kit of the American two-seat biplane of the First World War.
Responsibility details are not available.
This plastic kit from Roden represents the American license-built form of the D.H.4 bomber and reconnaissance biplane, built by the Dayton-Wright company, in 1:48 scale. The box holds injection-molded plastic with a detailed cockpit and armament, and a decal sheet with American marking options.
The Airco D.H.4 was a British two-seat biplane of the First World War, used as a day bomber and a reconnaissance machine. In the United States it was built under license, among others by the Dayton-Wright company, with the American Liberty engine. It carried fixed forward machine guns as well as the observer's flexible machine gun and a bomb load.
Separate the parts with a sharp knife and glue them with liquid cement for plastic; the fine parts call for care. Align the biplane layout and the set of struts patiently and count on adding the bracing wires. You can suggest the wooden and fabric surfaces with glazes over a light base and even out the result with an overcoat.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
