1:48 Do-335A exhaust stacks (3D printed) are resin exhausts for a model of the Dornier Do 335A Pfeil fighter.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a detail accessory made of resin by direct 3D printing, not a standalone model. The set of precisely printed exhaust stacks in 1:48 scale replaces the plastic exhausts from the base Do 335A kit. Thanks to 3D printing the stacks have sharp edges, hollow outlets and a fine structure that injection-molded plastic usually cannot manage.
The Dornier Do 335A Pfeil was a German heavy fighter of the end of the Second World War with the unusual layout of two engines in tandem, a tractor in front and a pusher at the rear. The row of exhaust stacks along the sides of the fuselage is a conspicuous detail that brings the model to life once metallic and rusty shades are sprayed on.
Separate the parts carefully from the print supports, wash them and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue. Sand with respiratory protection. The exhausts come out well after spraying and a fine patina.
This is a resin accessory, not a standalone model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
