The Prowler did not carry bombs but transmitters. Its task was to blind enemy radars and communications before a strike force reached the target, or to guide an anti-radiation missile in. It flew with a crew of four, who sat in two pairs one behind the other, and you can recognize it by the fairing at the top of the fin. The US Navy and the Marine Corps went through practically every conflict with it from the mid-1970s to the 2010s.

Recommended spraying procedure

Before masking, free the cockpit of grease in a lukewarm bath with dish soap and let it dry freely without touching it. Lay the stencils from the largest areas to the small corner wedges. What drives paint under an edge is mainly a heavy application, so rather five light passes than two heavy ones. After lifting the stencils off, let the cockpit rest for a while and only then glue it to the fuselage; wipe grease from your fingers away with a soft cloth.
