This is not a model but a photo-etched detail set aimed at the landing gear. It serves to sharpen plastic models of the Douglas EKA-3 Skywarrior carrier-based aircraft in 1:48 scale, specifically in the area of the landing gear bays, the legs and the doors.
Typically fine photo-etched elements for the landing gear bays, the stiffeners and the locks, details of the landing gear legs and the inner sides of the doors. The parts give the landing gear the depth and the technical fidelity that plastic alone will not offer.
The photo-etched parts are separated with a sharp knife, formed in a bending tool and glued with super glue (cyanoacrylate) or with glue for photo-etch. This set holds mostly bare metal parts, which are painted after gluing according to the real subject.
The accessory calls for a separate plastic model of the EKA-3 Skywarrior in 1:48 scale; the model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
