This is a resin wheel set in 1:48 scale for a model of the Lockheed F-117A Nighthawk stealth aircraft from the Ukrainian brand Armory. It is not an aircraft kit but a replacement part: the landing gear wheels. The tires are cast with the bulge a standing machine loaded by its own weight has, so the model settles onto a flat contact patch instead of a perfect cylinder. Check the scope of the package on the box.
The F-117A Nighthawk was the first production combat aircraft designed from the start for low radar reflectivity. Its angular shape came out of what the radar-wave reflection calculations of the time could do, as they could reliably handle only flat surfaces. It first flew in 1981, the US Air Force publicly acknowledged it only in 1988, and it saw combat over Panama and then in 1991 in the Persian Gulf. It was withdrawn from service in 2008. The machine stood on tricycle landing gear with a nose wheel.
