This set from the BRASSIN range is a resin detail accessory, not a model in its own right. It replaces the plastic pilot's seat with a faithfully cast resin ejection seat of the early version in 1:48 scale. It is usually completed with photo-etched or fabric harness straps for the most realistic look of the cockpit.
The General Dynamics F-16 Fighting Falcon is an American single-engine multirole fighter, one of the most widespread combat aircraft of its generation. It is notable for its reclined ejection seat and a roomy cockpit with an excellent view; the early seat corresponds to the earlier machines in service.
Wash the parts free of mold release agent and separate them from the casting blocks. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Paint the seat in the matching shade and pick out the straps and cushions in contrasting colors; a fine wash will bring out the details.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
