The set adds a faithfully cast radar antenna of the American Lockheed Martin (formerly General Dynamics) F-16C Fighting Falcon multirole fighter in 1:48 scale. It lets you build the model with the radome swung open and reveal the antenna of the onboard radar, a striking detail typical of equipment shown on the ground.
The castings capture the radar antenna with its fine structure and its mounting in the nose. An open nose with the radar in view gives a model the look of an aircraft under maintenance and breaks up an otherwise smooth silhouette. The set is shaped for a matching F-16C kit in this scale.
