A pre-colored set of interior details from Quinta Studio, printed by 3D technology on decal paper. It contains three-dimensional, color-finished cockpit elements such as the instrument panel, the side panels, the controls and the harness, which are transferred to the model with no need for painting. The set is intended for models of the F-35B fighter in 1:48 scale. It is based on the Italeri kit.

The real subject

The F-35B Lightning II is the variant of the American fifth-generation fighter with short take-off and vertical landing (STOVL). It serves with the Marine Corps and allied navies, and is marked out by low-observable features and modern avionics with a glass cockpit.

Use and fitting

• Cut the individual elements out and apply them as wet decals onto a previously painted cockpit surface.
• Do not use a decal softener or a setting solution, as the chemicals can damage the 3D printed material.
• Secure thicker parts with a water-based glue or gloss varnish for a dependable bond.
