A set of water-slide decals in 1:48 scale from Eduard. It contains the complete technical lettering and service markings (stencils) for building the F-4 Phantom II fighter-bomber. This is an accessory, not a kit — it replaces and supplements the small lettering that gives a model a realistic look.
The technical lettering covers the fuselage, wings and control surfaces of the aircraft — maintenance markings, warning labels and service instructions. A complete stencil set noticeably boosts the model surface's authenticity compared with the basic markings from the box.
Apply the decals over a smooth, glossy varnished surface to avoid silvering. Use a decal softener to settle them into details, and once dry, seal them with a matte or satin topcoat depending on the look you want.
