Kelik 1:48 F-4B/N Phantom II, a color 3D interior on decal paper is a cockpit accessory for a plastic kit, not a model of the aircraft. It fits the Academy kit.

The set holds three-dimensionally printed features of both cockpits, already finished in color and printed on decal paper. The instrument panels, the side consoles and the controls therefore have relief as well as legible instrument faces. It is an accessory to a kit in 1:48 scale, not a standalone model. The extent of the set and the number of pieces are given in the instructions in the package.
The Academy kit serves as the base; it is bought separately.
The Phantom II is a two-seat jet combat aircraft with a pair of engines, tandem stations for the pilot and the operator and the characteristic dihedral of the outer wing panels. The F-4B form was the carrier version for naval aviation and the F-4N its later modernization with modified equipment. Both cockpits are clearly visible under the large glazing, so rendering shows on them more than in any other interior space of a model.
First smooth and degrease the surface underneath and paint it in a dark matte color, so that any gaps under the edge of a piece do not show. Cut the pieces out with a sharp scalpel close to the outline, set them in place with tweezers and get it right the first time, as repeated moving reduces adhesion. Follow the instructions in the package: the three-dimensional layer is thicker than an ordinary decal and reacts differently to a softener, so go carefully with that. At the end flatten the surrounding areas and leave the gloss only on the instrument glasses and the sight glasses.
This is an accessory to a model, not a kit of the aircraft. The set is cut for one particular kit in this scale, so check your own boxing.
