1:48 F-82E/H Twin Mustang In and Out is a double-sided masking set for the glazing of the cabins from Dead Design. It covers the inner and the outer side of the canopies, which comes in handy especially when the cabin is to be open.

The set from the manufacturer Dead Design contains templates for both sides of the glazing. The difference against the basic version is simple: the basic set deals with the outside, this one with the inner side of the frame in addition. According to the name it is cut for the F-82E and F-82H versions. It is an accessory to a kit, not a model.
As long as the canopy is closed, even a simplified solution passes. As soon as you slide it back or hinge it up, however, the inner side of the frame comes into the field of view and clear plastic without paint on it is visible at first glance. With the Twin Mustang, moreover, models are often built with one cabin open and the other closed, so the difference between a painted and an unpainted inside can be compared right next to each other.
Mask and spray the movable part of the canopy separately, not stuck onto the fuselage. It has a frame around its whole perimeter and on a model you cannot get at it from the side. Spray it separately, let it dry and attach it to the fuselage only at the end, ideally with a drop of glue for clear parts. If the paint does flow over the edge onto the glass while spraying, do not try to scrape it away. Let it cure completely and then remove it with a cotton swab moistened in clean water or in a mild cleaner that acts on the given type of paint, and that in short strokes along the frame.
