A set of color printed 3D interior decals on decal film in 1:48 scale for the late F4U-4 version of the Corsair. The parts have genuine multi-level relief and full colors, so the instrument panel and the interior of the cabin gain a three-dimensional, realistic look without the use of photo-etch and without the lengthy painting of the instruments.
Color printed 3D panels of the instrument panel, the side consoles and other interior elements of the cabin with defined dials, switches and levers. The decals are thicker than usual and are applied to the parts of the model as wet decals. They serve as a direct way of detailing the cockpit of a plastic kit.
First clean and degrease the surface. Separate the elements carefully, dampen them according to the instructions and seat them with tweezers; with gentle pressure from a soft tool, bring the part into the shape of its base. Leave the decal softener aside, as the resin print would suffer from it. Matte varnish will bring the relief out and the instrument dials can be finished with gloss.
This is an accessory to a plastic kit, not a model in its own right. The kit, paints and glue are not included in the package.
