The set contains resin exhausts that replace the plastic parts from a kit of the German Focke-Wulf Fw 190A fighter. The castings from the Czech brand Quickboost have a finer surface and better defined outlets, so once fitted the exhaust system looks more realistic.
The rows of exhausts along the sides of the nose are clearly visible on the Fw 190A. The resin parts are fitted in place of the original plastic ones without major modification and raise the level of detail immediately.
Cut the parts carefully from the casting blocks, wash the mold release agent off them and glue them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). The outlets can be lightly drilled out for effect and brought out with a dark patina and exhaust staining. Protect your airways when sanding resin.
