GAZ-M1 Emka Staff Car is a photo-etched detail set from the Hauler brand in 1:48 scale for the model of the Soviet staff car.
Responsibility details are not available.
A photo-etched detail set from the Czech maker Hauler in 1:48 scale. It is not a model but an accessory of photo-etched metal for building the plastic model of the Soviet GAZ-M1 staff car, nicknamed the Emka. The thin metal parts replace coarser plastic elements and add detail to the body and to the interior.
The GAZ-M1 Emka was a Soviet passenger car of the 1930s and 1940s, produced under license from Ford. It served as a staff and official car and became one of the best-known Soviet cars of its day; its chassis also served as the basis for the BA-20 armored car.
Separate the photo-etched parts with a sharp knife and make the bends in a bender or along a ruler. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). On a passenger car the gloss paint of the body stands out, so smooth the surface carefully and spray it with a primer.
This is an accessory of photo-etched metal, not a complete model. The plastic kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
