The Aires German 7.92mm guns MG 15 set 1:48 — a resin armament set with faithful castings of German 7.92 mm aircraft machine guns in 1:48 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
A resin armament set from the Czech maker Aires. It holds detailed castings of the German 7.92 mm MG 15 aircraft machine gun. It serves to refine the armament of Second World War aircraft models in 1:48 scale, typically in flexible defensive positions.
The MG 15 was a German 7.92 mm aircraft machine gun, widespread above all as a flexible defensive weapon on bombers and multirole aircraft in the early period of the Second World War. The set captures its characteristic shape, including the saddle magazine, more faithfully than injection-molded plastic can.
First wash the mold release residue off the parts, cut off the casting blocks and clean up the mating surfaces. Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate) and protect your airways when sanding resin. Lay down a primer before painting; the details are best brought out by building up layers with a fine brush, and the larger surfaces with an airbrush.
This is a resin accessory for a kit, not an airplane model. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted; the base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
