This is a color photo-etched set of seat belts from the Eduard brand made of steel, that is a detail accessory rather than a standalone model. Steel photo-etch is springier and holds its shape and a realistic sag better than the classic brass.
The set replaces the belts molded on the plastic seat with faithful, pre-printed color belts with buckles. It is designed for models of the British Hawker Hunter fighter in the F.4 and F.5 versions in 1:48 scale and brings the cockpit noticeably to life.
Separate the parts from the fret carefully; the steel material takes shaping into a natural sag over the seat well. Bond with spots of super glue so that there is room for final shaping. The color layer is pre-printed and there is no need to repaint it.
This is a detail set, not a model. The model itself, glue and paints are not included in the package.
