A faithfully shaped intake improves the look of the engine nacelle and removes the flattening typical of injection-molded plastic. The part is designed as a direct replacement, usually with no need for larger changes to the model.
Wash the mold release agent off the resin part, cut off the casting block and clean up the surface. Bond it with super glue (cyanoacrylate), and protect your airways when sanding. Darken the inside of the intake so that it reads as deep.
This is a detail set, not a complete model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
