SBS Model 1:48 He-219 – propeller set is a resin replacement set of propellers for models of the German Heinkel He 219 Uhu night fighter.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is not an aircraft kit but an aftermarket detail set. The precisely cast resin pair of propellers with corrected spinners replaces the plastic propellers of the base kit and looks truer and crisper. The set is intended for models of the twin-engine Heinkel He 219 Uhu night fighter in 1:48 scale.
The Heinkel He 219 Uhu was an advanced German night fighter of the Second World War. It was one of the first production aircraft with a nose gear and ejection seats. It carried radar and heavy cannon armament and ranked among the most dangerous night fighters of its day, even though it was built in limited numbers only.
Wash the mold release agent off the resin parts, cut off the casting blocks and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Set the blades in symmetrically and spray the surface with a primer before painting.
The accessory is supplied unpainted and serves to improve the base kit, which it does not include.
