The set brings figures of ground crew in 1:48 scale, cast in resin. It is conceived as an accessory for a model of the German tailless jet aircraft of the end of the Second World War and helps create a lively scene around the machine. It is supplied unglued and unpainted.
Ground crew were key to the operation of every aircraft: mechanics and technicians prepared the machine for takeoff, carried out maintenance and moved it around the apron. With experimental and advanced types the role of the technicians was even more prominent. Figures in working poses give a diorama both scale and a story.
Wash the mold release agent off the resin parts, cut off the casting blocks and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue); sand with your airways protected. We recommend applying a primer and then building the figures up shade by shade. Faces and hands come to life with glazes and subtle highlighting.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
