Resin gunsights for the I-153 Chaika in 1:48 scale from Quickboost. Faithful gunsights; this is not an airplane model.
Responsibility details are not available.
A resin detail part, not an airplane kit. This finely cast resin set refines the gunsights of the Soviet Polikarpov I-153 Chaika fighter biplane in 1:48 scale. The small sights in front of the cockpit are captured in the casting with fine details that the plastic from the box tends to render coarsely or in simplified form. The part is intended for more advanced modelers with resin experience.
The gunsight is a small but conspicuous element in the pilot area and with an open cockpit it is right in view. A resin casting offers crisp edges and a faithful shape that injection-molded plastic manages only with difficulty in this scale. Once painted and set in front of the instrument panel, it adds authenticity to the view into the cockpit.
This is a resin detail accessory, not a model. The base kit, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
