Aires 1:48 Junkers JUMO 213 engine is a resin set of the JUMO 213 engine for a detailed aircraft build. It is not an airplane model but an accessory for a kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
This resin set holds a finely rendered Junkers JUMO 213 aircraft engine in 1:48 scale. The accessory makes it possible to display the powerplant open with a faithful rendering of the engine block, the accessories and the lines, and it is meant for experienced modelers. It is not a standalone airplane model but a detail set for one.
The Junkers JUMO 213 was a German liquid-cooled inverted V12 engine used during the Second World War. It powered, among others, the late versions of the Focke-Wulf fighters and was marked by high output and a compact installation.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut off the casting blocks and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Protect your airways when sanding resin. A primer undercoat on the engine is advisable, then paint it with the metal and aluminum areas set apart and add the lines with fine wire for maximum fidelity.
This is a resin accessory for a kit, supplied unassembled and unpainted. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
