A colored photo-etched set from the Czech brand Eduard, from the Zoom range, for plastic models of the Japanese Ki-46 III Dinah reconnaissance aircraft in 1:48 scale. It is not a kit but an accessory that raises the fidelity of the interior. The parts are preprinted in color and self-adhesive.
The Ki-46 was a fast Japanese twin-engine reconnaissance aircraft of the Second World War with a long, aerodynamically clean canopy. The glazing reveals the interior, so colored etched details show up well in it.
The set brings a colored instrument panel, side panels and a seat harness, complemented by small cockpit elements. Separate the self-adhesive parts with tweezers and press them onto a degreased surface; the metal parts without adhesive are fixed with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue).
This is an add-on photo-etched set, not a kit. The model itself, glue and paints are not included in the package; the set requires a corresponding base kit in that scale.
