F-16C airbrakes PRINT 1:48 from Eduard is a 3D printed resin set of airbrakes. It replaces the plastic parts and makes it possible to show the airbrakes open on an F-16C model in 1:48 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
The set from Eduard contains airbrakes made by direct 3D printing from resin. The parts have a finely rendered inner structure and make it possible to show the airbrakes in the open position, a striking detail typical of a machine standing on the ground. It is a detail accessory for F-16C models in 1:48 scale, not a model of its own.
The Lockheed Martin F-16C is a single-engine multirole fighter, one of the most widespread in the world. The airbrakes set in the sides of the rear fuselage open on landing and while taxiing, and in the open position they reveal the internal ribbing.
Wash the parts to remove mold release, separate them from the print supports and bond them with super glue. The inner surfaces of the airbrakes come out with shading and a fine patina. Before fitting, check how they line up with the fuselage and adjust with sandpaper if needed, with respiratory protection.
A detail set, not a model of its own. Paints, glue and accessories are not included in the package.
