Eduard painting masks M6A Seiran in 1:48 scale are a set of precisely shaped masks for clean spraying of the cockpit glazing and other areas of a model of the Japanese submarine-launched attack floatplane Aichi M6A Seiran. The model is bought separately.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of painting masks made of kabuki tape from the Czech manufacturer Eduard for a plastic model in 1:48 scale. The masks are pre-cut and self-adhesive, and they follow the frames of the extensive cockpit glazing and, depending on the extent of the set, other areas as well. They serve for quick, clean masking before the paint is sprayed. It is an accessory; the aircraft model itself is not included and is bought separately.
The Aichi M6A Seiran was a Japanese submarine-launched attack floatplane. It was created as the air component of the large I-400 class submarines and is the only floatplane designed primarily for attack duties. It practically never saw combat.
Transfer the masks onto degreased glazing, press the edges down carefully and cover the remaining areas with masking tape. Apply the paint in thin coats with an airbrush and take the masks off before it has fully dried, so that the lines stay sharp.
This is a set of painting masks, not a model. The model itself, glue, paints and other accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
