The McDonnell F-4B is a two-seat carrier-based version of the Phantom from the early 1960s with two jet engines and with a radar in the nose. First wash the resin parts in lukewarm water with detergent so that the mold release agent is removed, otherwise the paint will not hold. Cut the casting blocks off with a saw or a cutter; do not snap them. Use respiratory protection when sanding and sand wet. It is glued with cyanoacrylate glue; plastic cement has no effect on resin. The stores are fitted only after the airframe has been painted, and it is sensible to check whether the pylons seat into the engraved lines on the wing. Check their position relative to one another as well, so that the armament hangs symmetrically.
