The Me 262 A-2a is a plastic kit of the German jet aircraft in its bomber version in 1:48 scale from Hobby Boss.
Responsibility details are not available.
This injection-molded plastic kit from Hobby Boss captures the German jet aircraft Messerschmitt Me 262 in the A-2a version, that is in its bomber form. The model has an engraved surface structure, a broken-up cockpit and bomb pylons under the nose.
The Me 262 was the first jet combat aircraft to be used in series, powered by a pair of jet engines under the wings. The A-2a version, nicknamed Sturmvogel, was adapted to carry bombs and was to serve as a fast fighter-bomber. It was used at the end of the Second World War.
Finish the cockpit and the engine nacelles before closing the fuselage. Liquid cement for plastic, a primer and an airbrush are recommended. Fit the bombs only at the end. Bring late German schemes to life with fine shading of the panels.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
