This small resin set from Quickboost offers precisely cast exhausts for models of the German Messerschmitt Me 410 heavy fighter and fast bomber in 1:48 scale. It is not an airplane kit, but an aftermarket accessory that replaces the plastic exhausts with more faithful parts with finer detail and often with the openings suggested.
The Messerschmitt Me 410 Hornisse was a German twin-engine multirole aircraft of the Second World War, used both as a heavy fighter and as a fast bomber.
Separate the cast exhausts from the casting block, clean them up and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue. Before painting it is advisable to wash the parts free of mold release residue. The exhausts come out once painted in dark shades and with rust and burnt metal brought out with pigments.
This is a resin detail accessory, not a stand-alone model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
