Quickboost A6M2/5 Zero pitot tube 1:32 is a resin detail accessory for a build of the Japanese Zero fighter. It is not an aircraft model but an aftermarket part.
Responsibility details are not available.
This accessory from the maker Quickboost is a resin pitot tube in 1:32 scale. It is not a stand-alone aircraft model but a small detail part for a plastic kit of the Mitsubishi A6M Zero fighter in the A6M2 and A6M5 versions. The cast tube has a faithful, fine profile that replaces the coarser or fragile plastic part from a base kit. Check the exact contents of the package against the particular edition.
The Mitsubishi A6M Zero was a Japanese carrier fighter of the Second World War powered by a radial engine. It stood out for its long range and its agility and became the main fighter of the Imperial Japanese Navy Air Service. The A6M2 version belonged to the early production batches, while the A6M5 was a later, more capable variant.
Wash the resin part to remove mold release residue, cut off the casting block carefully and sand with respiratory protection. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Because the part is small, it is best fitted at the end of the build so that it does not get damaged. Spray a primer and then the matching metallic or color shades.
This is an aftermarket resin accessory, not a complete model. The base kit, glue, paints and other accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
