A detail set from the SPACE line by the Czech brand Eduard for improving the cockpit of a plastic model of the German Messerschmitt Bf 109E-4 fighter in 1:48 scale. The core is formed by color three-dimensional decals of the instrument panel and the side consoles, completed with steel photo-etched parts including seat belts. This is not an aircraft kit but an enhancement of the interior.
The E-4 version was one of the main Luftwaffe fighters during the Battle of Britain. The 3D decals carry both the relief and the color of the instruments and look three-dimensional, while the steel photo-etched parts add the belts and small details. The interior thus gains realistic depth without painting the individual dials.
