This is a set of self-adhesive painting masks in 1:48 scale from the express fit range. The single-sided version means masks for the outer surface of the glazing. The masks are die-cut from thin kabuki tape, carry printed numbers and follow the shape of the glazing of a model of the American MH-60L Black Hawk helicopter exactly. It is not a paint and not a kit but an aid for clean, fast masking of the extensive cockpit glazing. The target kit is ICM.

Use

• The numbered masks are peeled off and stuck onto the outer surfaces of the windows and the cockpit according to the diagram.
• Once the frames are sprayed, the masks come off and sharp, clean transitions remain.
• It is worth adding masking tape on the large flat areas between the windows.
• The tape adheres well even to the rounded parts of the glazing.

The set makes masking the intricate glazing of the helicopter easier, where cutting tape by hand is a slow job. It will be appreciated by modelers who want clean frames with no paint bleeding under the edges.
