MiG-21F, a 3D-printed ejection seat 1:48 is an Eduard detail set with integrally printed belts for a faithful cockpit.
Responsibility details are not available.
This product is not an airplane model but an add-on detail set. The ejection seat is made by direct 3D printing and replaces the plastic seat of the MiG-21F model in 1:48 scale. What makes it special is that the seat belts are printed together with the seat (integral belts), so there is no need to assemble fine photo-etched parts and the result looks natural.
The early MiG-21F (Fishbed) fighter used an ejection seat of characteristic shape. The seat is the most conspicuous feature in the cockpit and rendering it faithfully lifts the impression of an open cockpit considerably.
Separate the seat carefully from the print supports and clean it up. Glue it with cyanoacrylate. We suggest painting the seat and the belts before gluing them into the cockpit, while they are easiest to reach; pick the belts out with shading for maximum realism.
An add-on set. It contains neither a model nor paints; the basic kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
