1:48 MiG-21PFM stencils

MiG-21PFM Stencils 1:48 (Eduard)

This is a stand-alone set of waterslide decals from the Czech manufacturer Eduard, intended for models of the MiG-21PFM fighter in 1:48 scale. The sheet holds an extensive set of maintenance and technical stencils and warning notices found on the real aircraft. It is not a model or a mask - it is a supplementary decal sheet.

What the set is for

A complete set of stencils gives a MiG-21PFM model a realistic, authentically worn look with all the small markings that the ordinary sheet in a kit box often simplifies. National insignia and personal markings are chosen separately.

Application tips

• Apply over a smooth gloss varnish so that no dried edge appears
• Use a decal softener and setter so that they settle into panel lines and detail
• Once dry, coat with a matte or semi-gloss varnish
• Move the small stencils one at a time with sharp tweezers

Who the set is for

• Modelers who want accurate technical markings for the MiG-21PFM
• Builders for whom the decals from the kit box are not enough

This is not a model or a mask. Paints, varnish, the model and glue are not included in the package.
